Your documents never leave your device
Everything you type into the estimate builder — business details, client details, line items, logos — is stored only in your browser's local storage so your work survives a page reload. It is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. PDFs are generated entirely on your device.
What we do collect
If you submit your email address (for updates, the Pro waitlist, or via the footer form), we store that email with the page it came from so we can send you what you asked for. We don't sell or share it, and every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. We also record anonymous product events (for example "a PDF was downloaded") with no document contents and no personal information attached, to understand which features matter.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Local storage and session storage are used solely to autosave your work and remember small UI states (like a dismissed banner) on your own device.
Payments
If you purchase the Pro upgrade, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; Stripe's privacy policy governs that transaction.
Data removal
To remove locally stored documents, clear this site's data in your browser settings. To have your email removed from our list, use the unsubscribe link or contact us and we'll delete it promptly.
