Estimate Generator is a free, in-browser estimate builder for contractors and service businesses. You fill in a form, watch a US-Letter document assemble itself live, and download a print-ready PDF — no account, no trial, no watermark across your numbers.

We built it because the existing options are lousy in familiar ways: estimate "templates" that are screenshots of spreadsheets, generators that hold your PDF hostage behind a signup wall, and invoicing suites that want a subscription before you've won the job. Writing an estimate should take five minutes and cost nothing.

The site is independently built and maintained. It stays free because a small optional Pro upgrade (it removes the one-line credit at the bottom of free PDFs and adds saved estimates) covers the bills. Your documents are never uploaded anywhere — everything you type stays in your browser.
